Bakkiyaraj Kannan, making his directorial debut, wrote and helmed the romantic
comedy Remo, which was also produced by R. D. Raja under the banner of 24AM
Studios. Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthy Suresh play the lead roles in the movie;
supporting cast members include Sathish, Rajendran, Aadukalam Naren, Anson
Paul, K. S. Ravikumar, Saranya Ponvannan, and Sri Divya. P. C. Sreeram handled
the cinematography, and Ruben handled the editing. The movie also included
Resul Pookutty, a sound designer. Anirudh Ravichander wrote the background
music for the soundtrack CD, and it was well praised when it was first
released. In order to test his acting abilities and capture the hearts of
women, an ambitious actor decides to dress as a female nurse in the movie.
